Check out the video below. You'll see that the signal strength falls from full to almost zero when the finger is placed at the spot. While watching the video, you may notice that there's no sound for few seconds, it's alright, just focus on the signal strength symbol. Be prepared if you are going to buy this batch of iPhone4. I'll posting how to solve the antenna and signal problem soon.
